Nitsan holds a bachelor’s degree (summa cum laude) in law and economics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where he also completed his master’s degree in economics. He served as law clerk to Supreme Court Justice Dalia Dorner (Ret.) and has been working in our law firm since 1997

His areas of specialization include civil law, real estate law, corporate and commercial law. He represents homeowners in urban renewal projects, has been appointed as liquidator in insolvency cases, and as trustee and receiver by the official Receiver’s Office. He is also proficient in family law, wills and inheritance, and accredited to draw up lasting power of attorney. He is legal counsel for individuals and organizations in the public and private spheres, and appears on their behalf in courts of all instances

He is a member and served as panel leader in the disciplinary tribunal of the Jerusalem branch of the Israel Bar Association from 2010 through 2022
